Grilled Citrus Salmon Salad with Chipotle BBQ Crunchy Bean Snacks

Total Time: 25 Minutes
1 Salmon Filet, Approximately 2 pounds
2 Limes, cut into wedges
1-2 Tablespoons Coarse Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
Approximately 8 Cups of Leafy Greens
Chipotle BBQ Crunchy Bean Snacks
Red Onions, Thinly Sliced
Red Cabbage, Shredded
Cherry Tomatoes, halved
Prep your salmon by patting with olive oil, lime juice, coarse sea salt, and chili powder. Place on an oiled, medium high preheated grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. The salmon is ready when it is a lighter pink and flakes easily. Remove from grill and portion out the fillets into 4 equal pieces.
Place two handfuls of leafy greens onto each plate or bowl and top with thin slices of red onion, shredded cabbage, cherry tomatoes, and grilled corn.
Serve with few wedges of lime.by
