Did you know that studies have shown that kids who have salad bars at their school eat three times their vegetables and fruits compared to those without access to a salad bar?

Whole Foods is changing children’s lives across the US with the Whole Kids Foundation, which has put thousands of salad bars in schools. They have also raised more than 4 million dollars toward garden grants to help children’s awareness of how real food is grown and to teach them respect for whole, nutritious foods.

Snack Out Loud donated plenty of Crunchy Bean Snacks as part of a fundraising initiative by Whole Foods Cherry Creek for the Whole Kids Foundation – they sold these goody bags of samples to raise thousands of dollars this month!

The team here at Snack Out Loud encourages YOU to give back any way you can. Whether it’s donating food to a food bank or your local Whole Foods or giving directly to the Whole Kids Foundation, you can help make a difference in someone else’s life with the gift of food!
